my name is Malcolm and together with my wife, Derinda we built our first
home in Tin Can Bay in 1974. We established our Real Estate 
business
here in Tin Can Bay in March 1982. We now trade as Tin Can Bay
Real Estate and also Malcolm Smerdon Real Estate. We offer down to earth

Protection Agency (a Government Department) that it is now illegal to
feed the Dolphins.
