my name is Malcolm and together with my wife, Derinda we built our first
home in Tin Can Bay in 1974. We established our Real Estate
business here in Tin Can Bay twenty-six years ago.
We now trade as Tin Can Bay Real Estate and also Malcolm Smerdon Real Estate. We offer down to earth old

Hi, my name is Derinda and I look after the Holiday Accommodation and the bookings. See the Tin Can Bay map for holiday property location. With Fraser Island and The Great Sandy Straits plus Rainbow Beach close by Tin Can Bay is a popular holiday destination. We also manage permanent rental accommodation in the Cooloola to Gympie areas including some farm houses. Minni Storage Sheds are available for furniture and car accommodation.

Feeding the dolphins Schnapper Creek January 2001. AS of 30th September 2005 I have been advised by the Enviromental Protection Agency (a Govenment Department) that it is now illegal to feed the Dolphins.
